<p><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>The Challenge</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Client C does food catering to foreign construction workers in Singapore. For many years, it purchased ready meals in bulk from a third party vendor and sell them to the construction workers at a mark-up. It soon appeared this business model may not be sustainable for long as its profit margin dwindle as a result from rising costs.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>The Solution</strong></span><span style="font-size: 14px;"></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Client C eventually opt to self-produce to lower cost. Many new kitchen equipment have to be purchased as part of this project. They include a bratt pan, a combi oven, rice and vegetable steamer, rice washing machine, cabinet, walk-in chiller etc. All these equipment allow our client to produce all their meals internally and boost productivity. Once again, after a comprehensive analysis, we helped our client  craft a proposal demonstrating the productivity and benefits each equipment brought about. A 50% funding was granted for this project.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>The Challenge</strong></span></p>
<p>Client B is an established F&amp;B operator with 3 outlets in Singapore, serving authentic Indonesian cuisine. Each outlet operates and produces its own food independently. Many of the processes carried out at each outlet are duplicates of one another and the measurement realised that it is operationally inefficient for such arrangement to carry on. Moreover, labour fatigue is a major issue as a huge number of kitchen process are still manually performed. Inevitably, kitchen processes are often time consuming and yield a low output.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>The Solution</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Client decided to build in a new central kitchen, to centralise all the kitchen processes and reduce duplicated processes for all its restaurant outlets as well as its catering services . To help automate its kitchen processes, client has planned to invest in a number of equipment including combi ovens, blast freezer, vegetable cutter, potato peeler, cooking mixer, dishwasher, walk-in chiller etc. We performed an in-depth analysis and propose to request for IGP funding based on our findings and recommendation. We were pleased to help our client secured a maximum funding of 50%.</span></p>
