The Challenge

Client D is a first-time F&B owner and he has just opened a quaint little cafe selling pastry and dessert. His capital was limited and he could use some help to secure funding / grant to defray the cost of his kitchen equipment. He also faced difficulty in hiring the manpower he need. Hence, his kitchen processes needs to be arranged in such a manner that requirement as little labour as possible.

 

The Solution

We were engaged to help him solve the problem. We did an analysis on his current situation and recommended a number of kitchen equipment that automate or semi-automate processes. With those equipment, he can keep manpower headcount low. We helped with the grant application for those equipment and were pleased to secure 50% funding for him.
